Children’s Ministry

The Christian Education program at St. John’s is thriving! Our program has grown from a handful of children per week to over twenty some weeks! We are providing special monthly Sundays like Blessing of the Backpacks, Rally Day, family swimming parties, St. Francis Feast Day and many more opportunities to celebrate our love for the Lord and service. We had a wonderful Vacation Bible School this past summer with around thirty children! We have pro­vided food for the Humane Society, Covid Care Packages, fostered a Ukrainian orphan and more.

The excitement about our children’s Christian Education Program extends beyond just the parishioners with young children. The entire church community has enthusiastically embraced our growing chil­dren’s programs.

Our prayer is to include those who long for a holy space for their families. We are seeing God move in spectacular ways!
